What a fantastic course! This course was chock full of great tips and general ideas. Definitely a ton of "a ha" kind of moments and very helpful for those of us at the middle management level who would like to try to convince the Executive level that moving even at least to data mining would be helpful. Also, really appreciated the presenter's use of helpful visuals as well.

This is a very comprehensive overview of the IPO process from the CFO perspective. It is particularly helpful to know the flow of the process from beginning to end, what parties are involved and their respective responsibilities during the IPO process as well as what one needs to pay attention and any related rules should be considered.

I suggest including study cases material that would allow us to understand more deeply the concepts with real life examples.

This a trending topic in current industries and gaining more focus for its use cases and utilization. The course provided a good introduction to this topic.

Mr McDonald moves at a fast pace; however, there are many individual skills apart from regressions I became more familiar with through this course. Specifically, I now understand IF statements and Is Number statements better.

Segregation of duties: one of my favorite topics in audit. This is definitely a much harder concept to implement in smaller companies where staff are limited.

Though the material in this course was well thought out and presented, I found it distasteful and unpatriotic to include a former president, not just as an example of an amoral/immoral leader, but also the answer to an exam question. Keep your politics out of my professional learning materials...

Being able to do each section individually and review it before moving on to the next section. I also liked being able to run the entire course to refresh before taking the exam.

I found this second module to be more instructive/informational than the first with more actionable information.

This course was really interesting because I learned about some of the new things I can do with 365. Definitely recommended. However, digging into the differences between various versions of Excel is not too interesting.

Great course for being introduced to the Blockchain world

The course itself was fantastic. I would take pieces of it again as refreshers. Given the final exam is 160 questions, I would have been better suited to take the classes in two hour chunks with credit after each class. It was also incredibly frustrating to answer the same question numerous times in the final exam.

Fraud: Focus on Internal Controls to Prevent and Detect Fraud is a good overview course. The instructor used good examples and highlighted good outside resources.

I notice that most audits are not using this risk based auditing mentality, so learning about it now makes me want to find a way to implement it into my firm!
