In this course, we discuss the importance of professional ethical practice for those engaging in expert and specialist roles within an organizational framework.

We start with a brief overview of difficult and non-standard situations to demonstrate appropriate decision-making skills.  This leads to a conversation about the legal, ethical and professional issues relating to working within an expert/specialist practice setting.  Then, we explore how organization development (OD) expert/specialist practice being undertaken has an impact on current and future implications for the profession.

This course examines how to gain competence by focusing on the enhancement of OD skills and underpinning knowledge in an evolving expert/specialist role.
