Prerequisites
No advanced preparation or prerequisites are required for this course. Previous completion of the course Introduction to XBRL would be helpful.

Very well spoken and concise summary of the major updates
This serves as a good introduction to SEC reporting. Probably not useful for people who already have SEC experience, but it is great for anyone new to the subject.
Great course in understanding the IT and Finance relationship.
Some more error rectification technique may be included in this course.
Did not like questions about Apple. Numbers not in front of me.
