In this course we provide valuable information on how Human Resource Business Partnering (HRBP) operates in practice and discuss the required business partnering skills of those individuals working within the Human Resources (HR) function within an organization.
We begin by reviewing the role of Human Resource Management (HRM) practice within the context of the organization. Next we develop a discussion on what HRBP skills are required to meet today’s tough organizational challenges. This leads to a conversation of how an individual can operate successfully as a business partner, specifically in identifying business partnering opportunities and building relationships; promoting the HRBP role and understanding business needs.
The course is suitable if you are aspiring to, or are new to the HR Business Partner role, or an HR professional working for an organization, which wishes to progress their HR function to operate as a Business Partner in practice.

I like to read the slide decks in the pdf format. The pdfs for this course were not sufficient to learn the content.
This course provided a nice overview of safety and ergonomics in the workplace, including many best practices and tips. Several good takeaways that I can easily implement. Supporting materials were also helpful and aligned with the content presented during the course.
Excellent course, very well organized and presented, with practical examples provided.
Very informative, a lot of great ideas and references to the additional resources.
This course is a good refresher on general IT controls.
Pitched at the right level for being able to implement OD in the workplace across different levels.
This course had good information that is helpful when dealing with multiple countries in the workplace.
This presentation emphasized theory but offered little that can be used practically. The bottom line message - contract with an OD consultant.
I love Blair Cook's courses. I am in HR and not at all numbers oriented, yet I'm able to start with 0 knowledge and get 100% on the exams-GREAT instruction!
