In this forward-looking session, David Ringstrom, CPA and author of Microsoft 365 Excel for Dummies, provides a point-in-time look at Microsoft Copilot and related AI capabilities in Excel. You’ll explore practical ways Copilot can help prepare, clean, analyze, and understand spreadsheet data while also examining limitations and risks that require human oversight. You’ll see how Excel Tables can support AI-assisted workflows, explore capabilities such as Clean Data, and examine the growing role of agents and other emerging approaches within Microsoft’s AI ecosystem.

He highlights relevant differences among Excel versions during the presentation and in his detailed handouts.
