Difficult people are tough to deal with and work with, but, we always have the choice to deal with it and control ourselves, or, we let ourselves get affected by the negative emotion. But, the choice is ours.

The course provides a good definition of the ERM process overall. It covers many of the same items that I have seen before which was easy to follow; however, what I would like to see are examples of how each of these would be applied in a real business case. this course is a good consolidation of TPRM procedures and where the risk lies. The mitigating procedures are important to understand and will assist in acquisition and yearly maintenance on vendors.

Materials need some improvement. They are just bullet points without any context. That's good for normal presentations, but won't be useful if trying to use as a guide later on when the information is not fresh in our minds.

I would have liked a deeper dive on the SOX Testing Process and IT sections. IT was very general and didn't give a lot of specifics or depth. The control testing didn't even mention IPE. I am with a new company implementing a SOX program. While I had experience in SOX previous to this class, these lectures have provided new information, a great foundation, and good real world examples. I will likely be returning to the classes and handouts on a routine basis for guidance.

Difficult training - more examples within the slides could be added as examples provided orally in the recording are very generic.

This is a comprehensive course on COSO concepts and principles. It was a lot of information to digest but instructor broke it down in blocks and made easier to understand. My favorite part is the summary section at the end of each block, very helpful.

The tools (resources, downloadable material) in this are incredibly valuable - a great conclusion for this certification program.

This was an excellent presentation of tools that are key to efficient payroll analysis. The student should invest personal time practicing the applications but the material could not have been presented better. The overview followed by the actual application in the worksheet was extremely helpful in following along. All excel courses should be taught this way. Slides were well formatted and are usable for future reference.

Very good and simplified course. It serves as a good refresher for people practicing SOX and ICFR only daily basis but serves as a good basis for people just starting to learn SOX.
