In this course we discuss how an organization will need to increase capability to deliver effective hybrid team management. We begin with a brief overview of how to foster a remote-first culture; making remote work the default for your team and enabling people to successfully do their jobs from anywhere. This leads to a conversation about how to assess the capability of the technological solutions used in your organization to deliver a remote-first culture. Then we explore how managers can effectively facilitate both in-office and remote work for employees. This course serves to examine the skills required to manage a hybrid team.
