In this course we discuss the benefit and challenges of implementing a hybrid work model. We begin with a brief overview of the importance managing job satisfaction and a sense of wellbeing whilst avoiding an "us versus them" mentality in your team. This leads to a conversation about the operational challenges facing your organization in implementing a hybrid work model. Then we explore how to assess the capability of the technological solutions used for hybrid working in your organization. This course serves to examine some of the hybrid management practices that are beginning to emerge as a result of big, complex and interdependent changes in a business environment where so much of what was certain in terms of business models, market forces and required talent capabilities have been rendered obsolete.
