CNM is committed to employee engagement, and a huge part of that is our Valuing Individual Performance (VIP) Program. The program encompasses all aspects of performance evaluations, including reviews (called snapshots), promotions, and other employee evaluations. Snapshots are completed in a browser-based software called Saba TalentSpace (formerly Halogen) in its own internal process.
In this course, you will receive a full overview of every part of the VIP Program, learning about how the program cycles, how you are evaluated on your performance, the different types of feedback, the people involved in the VIP Program process, and the promotion process. Additionally, you will learn how to use Saba TalentSpace to input snapshots, as well as how to access past feedback. Finally, we will speak about the Annual Merit and Bonus Review process, and how your evaluations affect your annual bonus.
