Principles of Ethical Team Leadership is an important part of corporate culture. learning the fundamental principles will increase the value of the company and benefit everyone involved
It's hard to distill the entire history of ethical thought down into a 2 hour business course, but I give credit to the instructor for making the effort.
What a fantastic course! This course was chock full of great tips and general ideas. Definitely a ton of "a ha" kind of moments and very helpful for those of us at the middle management level who would like to try to convince the Executive level that moving even at least to data mining would be helpful. Also, really appreciated the presenter's use of helpful visuals as well.
Good overview of top skills needed for internal audit management including what is needed to transition into this role.
The course did not really get into details about procedures to perform as an auditor to identify common supply chain fraud schemes. It was more high level on where in the process they might occur.
