The course provides a good definition of the ERM process overall. It covers many of the same items that I have seen before which was easy to follow; however, what I would like to see are examples of how each of these would be applied in a real business case. This would be helpful to bring it all together.

Interesting class. The final exam comes more from the class than the handouts, would like to see all material in a hand out for reference after the class.

Content and material was very sloppy. Overall the instructor was incredibly knowledgeable, however one of the key concepts of Mgmt Accounting is the usefulness and presentation of information and yet the information presented was poorly presented.

Some of the actions described no longer seem to fit in with today's accounting systems and date from a time when, for example, they were not yet used.

This is a very comprehensive overview of the IPO process from the CFO perspective. It is particularly helpful to know the flow of the process from beginning to end, what parties are involved and their respective responsibilities during the IPO process as well as what one needs to pay attention and any related rules should be considered.

Everything is making sense but I guess what I'm struggling with is how to identify the "differences" between ASC 606 vs previous version. I felt like all the things that you said existed before. I was wondering if there is a summary/table available where I can clearly see the difference in transaction treatment between ASC 606 and the old version.

I have been working in the SOX/404 area of my internal audit department for a number of years and knew a lot of this at a certain (and varying) level/s - this course showed me where I need to focus more and filled in more gaps than I knew I had!
