What a fantastic course! This course was chock full of great tips and general ideas. Definitely a ton of "a ha" kind of moments and very helpful for those of us at the middle management level who would like to try to convince the Executive level that moving even at least to data mining would be helpful. Also, really appreciated the presenter's use of helpful visuals as well.

The course was adequate but suggest you relook at the questions. The use of not in the questions is very confusing even for the most experienced person. Also your question in the final exam on incentives is poorly worded

Love this course! The two instructors gave a solid overview on how to act and become an executive with plenty of easy action items. The video and instructors were very engaging and I was happy to watch the video the whole time. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed Joe Ori's summary of ASC 842. He was to the point and I really liked the financial impact slides as a result of implementing the new lease accounting rules.

The content is good but the format of the review/exam questions could be enhanced. Questions about the subject matter focused on the student trying to remember which sub-topic was associated with what buzz word/term in the presentation. Since this presentation seemed to be more of something I'd see in a seminar, I think a better way to test someone's understanding would be to ask questions in a scenario format, where the student's response truly tests their understanding or whether they internalized the concepts.

Really liked discussion around the two types of leadership and the characteristics of each. Good guidance from presenter in terms of focusing on one of two qualities to improve over the next 6 months. Overall a very practical session that anyone can benefit from.

This course covered various leadership style, with pros and cons for adopting/applying each style. However, adding to the slides the pictures of leaders ( who may or may not have demonstrated certain leadership style) was a distraction and minimized the course effectiveness. For example, was Princess Diana an inspiration leader? Perhaps not! Was Dr. King a non-authoritarian leader? Absolutely not!!! This course is about organizational leadership. Therefore, perhaps the author should use corporate leaders (past and present) and specific corporate examples to depict each leadership type AND to make the course stronger.

Program materials were relevant and contributed to the achievement of the learning objectives.

I think this was a solid, high level course for all interviewing. Oftentimes we may know and have come across these points, but it does a good job placing the points into 1 presentation and this is a great refresher course.
