Introduction to SaaS provides insight into industry best practices when looking at Software as a Service, “SaaS” and subscription businesses.
This introductory course reviews the SaaS funnel from Traffic to Revenue, definitions of key metrics, and a hands on activity for working with SaaS data. We also discuss how a SaaS business derives its customers, monetizes the customer, and how to calculate the value of a customer over a given timeframe.

No advanced preparation or prerequisites are required for this course.

I feel the last test answers was not correct! I still passed but I think that the exam should be reviewed. Great course otherwise and nice to have to Excel supporting materials if I ever need to go back to it.
