This Introduction to Offering Design & Management course provides clarity on the mission, roles and responsibilities of the ODM team. In this course we describe ODM’s function in the Go to Market process and the organizational structure of the team. We also provide a detailed example of an item setup request and the corresponding process flow. After taking this course you will better understand the ODM function, the responsibilities of the ODM team and how you can optimize your interactions with them.

Excellent, straight-forward course if you are considering creating an entity or support a product that is utilized among a variety of entity types.
Slow start to the seminar but ending stongly
i like this format, i am able to stop, execute the steps or review the material over again. Thanks for putting this together. If you add a document with relevant links that might be a good add.
The course reinforced the need to write down and communicate strategic plans
Very informative.
The content was good, but considering this was a course on effective presentation skills, I found it to be lengthy and dull. It could have been shorter and the speaker could have been more animated.
It would be better to have the spreadsheet in order to play around with the data.
Intuit's payments business is launching in Canada - it would be helpful to understand how the merchant payment solution in Canada differs from that in the US as I imagine there may be different regulations and banks.
Please match the speaker with the slide transitions and slow down the pace.
This is great information for those in the organization who haven't had exposure to this complex process.
For a true beginner like myself, the material was perfect.

I liked the pacing of the course, it starts simple and builds to the most complex. By the time you get to the complex you feel ready for it. I had not taken an earlier course so I was lost on a few of the shortcuts that were heavily referenced, but that was a minor problem.
Showed me some new tricks that I can use in my daily role. Some were reminders, but it never hurts to be reminded of the things that you used at one point and have thrown in the back of your mind.
