The webinar covers in an clear, well planned manner the theoretical basic components, framework, methods and controls of creating an strategic plan. The course addresses these in a structured manner which is easy to follow. Instructor was well prepared and knows the matter.
I especially appreciated the David Foster Wallace commencement speech at the end.
Spot on, easier to identify these mistakes while harder to consistently avoid.
Solid program with a good template / model to utilize.
Great complementary program to the One-on-One for employees
Nice looking/professional presentation and materials.
This course is more of a thought generator than a how to.
One of the best explanations of the the cash flow statement that I have seen--his logic helps me better understand the cash flow statement from an intuitive perspective. Also, I didn't really like the floating box around the text. The workbook PDF also should be in a PDF form, Excel or something that I wouldn't need to print out to complete.

Hard to hear portions of the audio. Good information, but I wish it would have contained more information on how to forecast the balance sheet instead.
A very relevant course to a person moving into finance executive positions.
