Of the many, many courses I have taken on the Illumeo platform, this was definitely one of the best and most insightful. I have always found elements of "behavioral finance" to be fascinating and powerful in planning, strategy, and business performance. Mr. Stephens has bundled the leading theories and presented them as a unified new "dimension" for planners and leaders to factor in. He has done so in a manner that CFO's and other business leaders will undoubtedly find easy to digest, replete with useful examples. The consideration of these concepts will undoubtedly add value via improvement decision-making and more enlightened risk assessments. Thank you for such a quality contribution to the Illumeo portfolio!!

It's hard to distill the entire history of ethical thought down into a 2 hour business course, but I give credit to the instructor for making the effort.

What a fantastic course! This course was chock full of great tips and general ideas. Definitely a ton of "a ha" kind of moments and very helpful for those of us at the middle management level who would like to try to convince the Executive level that moving even at least to data mining would be helpful. Also, really appreciated the presenter's use of helpful visuals as well.

I always enjoy Neil's classes and how he teaches. His storytelling always makes the class fun and engaging. I love how simple the concepts always seem when he breaks things down. Difficult people are tough to deal with and work with, but, we always have the choice to deal with it and control ourselves, or, we let ourselves get affected by the negative emotion. But, the choice is ours.

Excellent course for helping refresh what most of us learned in Intermediate Accounting. Content is good and well delivered. My only complaint is the sound quality isn't great in a couple of the modules and should be redone.

Information presented will be very useful! It was presented in an easy to follow format. I learned several short-cuts to convert emails to tasks to calendar items. The tips provided relative to using the Notes section in Outlook will also be very helpful There is no doubt that I will be able to use the information provided in this course to better manage my time and and track my tasks. After taking this course, I am definitely going to follow it up with his course on Email management.

The course was excellently delivered. The instructor simplifies the terms and very well demostrated how to implement a plan for a culture.

Clearly a very thorough series of courses and the speaker brought a lot of personal experience to the courses. A young grad wishing to climb the ladder would benefit from this series. I wish the final exam could have been taken in pieces as I progressed through the series as opposed to doing all 61 questions after listening to the 8 courses.

Treasury stock is hard! But this class helped break it down easily.

There should be a handout which can be referred to with more information that assists with the exam. This took longer than 3 hours.

I enjoyed this presentation, it provided a new insight on correcting small (and large) safety issues that are found in most businesses. You also receive guidance on ergonomics, proper lifting, etc., and who can't use that?

This is a good refresher course and can be used by corporate accountants to make sure they are maintaining proper documentation that will be required by the auditors so the process if more efficient.

Very useful as a practical guide and as a historical perspective (I was very involved with SOX work from the beginning until 2011, when my employer got bought by a European company).

I thought Ms.Shirley was not so exciting to tell us why is so important to learn payroll accounting well, I encouraged her to be louder in the course. I thought the test in the last session is not so relevant to payroll accounting, and I still do not what is the different between wage and salary?FICA and someother similar concepts, so next time pls tell us more knowledges about payroll accounting.Thanks for Ms. Shirley's great work.

Absolutely wonderful course. I am going to take the deep dive on email. The activities button in contacts was worth the entire 1.5 hours. Wish he would of started with the views functionality. Still get confused on how to work this function and don't feel confident I have the most effective view on all of my screens.

I love Blair Cook's courses. I am in HR and not at all numbers oriented, yet I'm able to start with 0 knowledge and get 100% on the exams-GREAT instruction!

Great refresher on basic accounting topics. The materials were easy to follow, and navigate.

This course is ok for HR professionals trying to learn basic accounting, not accountants trying to learn payroll accounting. Over half of the course was basic accounting.

The course was very interesting! Lynn did a great job explaining forensic accounting!

Much prefer video presentations. Case facts are much more obvious than typical fraud cases. CPA should never practice again demonstrating no knowledge and/or interest in identifying basis of fair financial presentation or uncovering significant issues with client financials.

The presenter lacks tone and speaks far too slowly to remain engaged. The presenter also reads the slides, providing very little additional insight.

This course had enough detail to explain blockchains without getting too complex. He used good analogies to help explain the concepts.

The speed of the presenter when talking was way too fast. We were learning about presenting to non financial managers and I could not keep up with the flow of information. Way too fast and way too much.

This course is outdated, based on 2016 tax law. It is completely irrelevant in 2018/2019. It needs to be updated.

Helpful intro - hard time hearing the audio at times.

This course covered various leadership style, with pros and cons for adopting/applying each style. However, adding to the slides the pictures of leaders ( who may or may not have demonstrated certain leadership style) was a distraction and minimized the course effectiveness. For example, was Princess Diana an inspiration leader? Perhaps not! Was Dr. King a non-authoritarian leader? Absolutely not!!! This course is about organizational leadership. Therefore, perhaps the author should use corporate leaders (past and present) and specific corporate examples to depict each leadership type AND to make the course stronger.

Good overview of models and high level theories, but would have liked to see some of the examples actually done in Excel or another tool.
