In this course, we discuss the process and components of credit analysis.  We start with a brief overview of the business analysis process, review the forms of For Profit and Not-for-Profit financial statements, and review the components of financial statements and some of the financial ratios used in analyzing financial statements.

This course serves as an overview for CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Lending Officers, managers, and accounting and finance professionals who want to sharpen their fundamental understanding of core credit analysis and how credit analyses are used to obtain and provide financing for the organizations we manage.

Prerequisites

Prerequisites: Some knowledge of Credit Analysis and experience reviewing For Profit and Not-for-Profit financial statements. Advanced Preparation: None
